An International Festival of Mandolins - In New York!

I am VERY proud to announce that the website for the "New York International Mandolin Festival" is now live at ...

We've got Mike Marshall and Caterina Lichtenberg for all three days as the headliners (!!!) and a really nice collection of truly amazing musicians - both confirmed and soon-to-be confirmed - coming in from all parts of the globe to perform.

My group, the New York Mandolin Ensemble, will be the host for this festival, which will be a 'first-of-its-kind-ever' event for NYC. The festival comes from the vision and passion of my friend and fearless leader of the New York Mandolin Ensemble, Steven Antonelli. It's been really exciting to be part of this so far, and we're only just ramping up. It’s quite a gift he's given to us and in July, to New York City as a whole!

Our venue holds only 142 seats. So even though the festival takes place between the 15th and 17th of July, you'll want to get your tickets now to avoid being disappointed when the festival sells out.

This is going to be a super fun, one-of-a-kind event ... plan now to c'mon out and to be amazed by all the great music that the biggest little instrument on earth (the mandolin) can make!!
